NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal (applies only to items sold as art, i.e. coupons, buttons, applications, etc.)

1.1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 822)You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods.

The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in respect of contracts in which the subject-matter of the supply is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the consumer's specifications or designed to meet his individualised needs.In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
Fabric cut from the beam according to the customer's preferences constitutes "an item to meet his individual needs" within the meaning of Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. Consequently, the consumer does not have a statutory right of withdrawal from the contract to sell such a product.

1.2. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e. you will be able to use the right of withdrawal.

of its decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

1.3. You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically on our website [http://izpol.pl]. If you make use of this option, we will send you an immediate confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal information on a durable medium (by e-mail).

1.4. In order to meet the withdrawal period, you simply need to send you information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

2.1 Withdrawal from all purchased goods sold as art, i.e. coupons, buttons, applications, etc.) :

If the customer withdraws all purchased goods from the contract, and:

1.The shipment of goods has not yet been made (the goods remain physically in the state of Izpol Sp.J.) will be returned all payments received from you (including shipping costs) no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.

2.Shipment of the goods has been made (the goods physically left our warehouse), will be returned received from your payment, less the shipping costs within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to the headquarters of Izpol Sp.J.

2.2 Withdrawal from part of the purchased goods sold as pieces, i.e. coupons, buttons, applications, etc.) :

In the event of withdrawal of the contract for the purchase of part of the goods, for which the customer has obtained a promotional discount resulting from the purchase amount (e.g. 5% for PLN 500, 10 % for PLN 1000, etc.) or the purchase quantity (e.g. 5% for 5 mt, 10% for 10 mt), and after returning it, the sum of the prices of the remaining goods does not meet the discount criterion, Izpol Sp.J. will issue a new proof of purchase on the left-behind goods and the customer will receive a refund less the discount previously received.

The return will take place no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods to the headquarters of Izpol Sp.J.

2.3. If the goods are returned in a deteriorated or damaged condition, we reserve the right to adequately reduced the amount of the refund.

2.4. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another solution; in any case, you will not in pay any fees in connection with this refund.

2.5. Please send us back or provide us with the right away, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the thing before the 14-day deadline.

2.6. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
